The ramblings of a wandering toilet brush salesman with a liking for good food, wine, beer & rugby. Not always in that order.

Northampton Saints v Ulster @ Stadium MK with no Beer!

A great day out, full sun, beer and a win for the Saints.
The one downside was the failure in the organisers to realise that 21,000 people were going to need more than one beer tent with 5 servers. The queues were 45 minutes long!
Someone has lost a lot of potential profits unlike ADSA next door who cashed in by piling the beer shelves high and selling hot-dogs outside for £1.
You have until 1st May to get it sorted!

Outdoor Kitchen
Home Improvement Day 51
As suspected the kitchen has been delivered in many, many boxes which occupied most of the drive. Unfortunately I wasn't around when it was delivered but Mrs CT went to great lengths to explain she was and it was raining - my fault I presume.
Tiling half done which means that the kitchen could start to take shape tomorrow.
I am off to Germany for 10 days, leaving Mrs CT and Smudge the cat in charge. Just make sure it is all finished before I get back darling!

Whitewash
Home Improvement Day 49
Wow now it really is starting to look like a home. First coat of paint on walls, radiator up, floor levelled and major wiring/plumbing in. Even Smudge the cat is happy now quite happily leaping in and out of her raised cat flap.
Kitchen being delivered tomorrow, boxes everywhere I suspect.
Only 3 days before I disappear to Germany for 10 days, so I expect big changes when I get back.

Through the Arched Window
Home Improvement - Day 46
Well it's not quite a window but the new entrance to the utility room and downstairs loo.
Slowly but surely it is beginning to look like a home.
